Legislature in Oregon votes to limit the expansion of online schools

The Oregon House on Monday gave final legislative approval to a measure that would cap enrollment of online schools -- many used by former home-schoolers -- until they can be better regulated. Under the bill, most virtual schools would not be allowed to enroll more students than they did this May.
