Reports: Dell, Nokia eye Android for portable, netbook devices

Dell is tapping the Android operating system to build a device meant to compete with Apple's iPod Touch, according to a published report, which quotes two sources who reportedly saw prototypes of the pocket-size item and say it does not contain a phone. Similarly, Nokia reportedly will develop an Android-powered netbook it plans to distribute through a mobile carrier.
