Russian mogul says he will relocate casinos to Europe

Russian casino operator Oleg Bojko said he plans to relocate his casinos to Europe rather than Siberia or other remote areas of Russia as required by new legislation. Bojko, co-owner of Ritzio Entertainment, said he would consider the Balkan states of Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro, as well as Germany and Italy. Russian casinos face a deadline of July 1 for ceasing operations -- unless they are in designated zones -- which could put up to 400,000 people out of work.
