FCC: Missouri stations can avoid ads from extreme candidate

The FCC has advised the Missouri Broadcasters Association that stations don't have to provide equal airtime to F. Glenn Miller, a write-in candidate whose ads express white supremacist and anti-Semitic views, because Miller is not a "bona fide" candidate. "We're glad to have clarity," said Mark Sableman, an attorney for the MBA. "The Miller commercials certainly don't meet the suitability requirements of most stations."
