No-fly list results in "involuntary exile," ACLU lawsuit alleges

The ACLU says the federal no-fly list is depriving U.S. citizens and permanent residents of their due-process rights, and the organization is suing the government on behalf of 10 plaintiffs who were denied boarding either at home or abroad. "The government does not provide the individual with any opportunity to confront, or to rebut, the grounds for his possible inclusion on the watch list," the suit alleges.
