PepsiCo believes in Magic, signs new deal with NBA team

PepsiCo will be the exclusive provider of soft drinks and snack foods at the Amway Center basketball arena under the terms of its contract renewal with the NBA franchise Orlando Magic. Magic fans will get access to Pepsi, Gatorade and Frito-Lay products, while PepsiCo retains the partnership it first scored in 1989. "We're proud to continue our partnership with the Orlando Magic, and are excited about this groundbreaking sponsorship," said Derek Lewis, SVP and general manager of Pepsi Beverage Co.'s Southeast business unit.
