Schwarzenegger to pull water bond measure from ballot

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is working to scratch an $11 billion water bond measure from the November ballot. "After reviewing the agenda for this year, I believe our focus should be on the budget," he said in a statement. The bond was developed to ensure California residents have adequate water supplies. Schwarzenegger has suggested the bond go to vote in 2012 instead.
