Study: Coffee improves athletic performance

U.K. researchers say athletes can boost muscle power and endurance by as much as 6% through caffeine consumption. "A very high dosage of caffeine, most likely achieved via tablets, powder or a concentrated liquid, is feasible and might prove attractive to a number of athletes," said the lead author of a new study.
