UPS targets airline passengers with "luggage boxes"

UPS said Tuesday it will begin offering two sizes of "luggage boxes" at UPS Store locations throughout the U.S., with shipping costs "competitively priced with the airlines' baggage fee." As airlines raise baggage fees, the cargo giant said it has seen an increase in passengers shipping items prior to travel.
