Kodak loses part of patent claim against Apple, RIM

A U.S. International Trade Commission panel has dealt a blow to Eastman Kodak, ruling against the company on some of its patent-infringement claims against Apple and Research In Motion in a decision that essentially upheld an ITC judge's earlier verdict. The panel did provide some hope for Kodak by ordering the judge to review other parts of the company's claims.
