Commentary: BoE's Carney needs to restore relationships

The Bank of England, under Mervyn King's leadership, has been in an ongoing battle with the Treasury, Simon Nixon writes. As Mark Carney takes over as governor of the central bank, he needs to address the issue, Nixon says. "Carney's first priority must therefore be to restore constructive relations with the BOE's key stakeholders," Nixon writes.
