Instagram video boasts high engagement figures in first week

Early metrics for Instagram's recently released video feature show higher engagement with videos than images for brands and people including Lululemon and Kobe Bryant, according to analytics firm Simply Measured. The study also showed a higher volume of engagement than Twitter's Vine videos receive, due in part to Instagram's much larger user base.
