Marketers are falling short with e-mails that aren't mobile-ready

E-mail marketing messages tend to see high open rates, but users often say they frustrated by the experience, complaining of e-mails that aren't formatted for mobile screens, along with the necessity of scrolling. Three-quarters of marketers have mobile strategies that don't adapt e-mails, according to digital communications company Yesmail Interactive. Yesmail Vice President Matt Caldwell says the answer is responsive design and scalable e-mail elements.
