SAC Capital's Cohen reportedly refuses to testify

SAC Capital Advisors founder Steven Cohen has asserted his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination and has refused to testify to a grand jury about the U.S. government's accusation of insider trading, sources say. Mathew Martoma, a former portfolio manager at the hedge fund, was charged in November in what the Justice Department calls the biggest case of insider trading in history.
