Tennis pro sues chain restaurants over gratuity policies

Tennis pro Ted Dimond has sued Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Ruby Tuesday and Applebee's, saying the chains' midtown NYC locations had broken the law by charging gratuities of 15% of more on parties smaller than eight. The class-action lawsuit also names the restaurants in the Marriott Marquis hotel.
