Trying to block more Spam

Claiming its trademark has been diluted by increased use of "spam" in the English language, Hormel Foods has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Spam Arrest, a tech company that sells spam-blocking software. Analysts predict Hormel might not prevail, as "spam" has come to mean so many different things in common usage.
