Women shoppers now adding input to mall designs

Trademark Property Co. of Fort Worth, Texas, is among the shopping center developers seeking the input of panels of women shoppers on all aspects of their centers' designs, including layout, landscaping, parking and outdoor art. The practice remains more the exception than the rule among many developers, who still prefer to rely on "data points and demographics," according to one consultant.
