Facebook to simplify privacy tools

Facebook will streamline its privacy tools by replacing pages of settings with a lock icon that will enable users to access standard options for determining whether to share content with the public, friends or friends of friends. "What we want now is for people to have a single privacy control they can learn to use wherever they are on the site," said Leah Pearlman, product manager.
