The long-delayed upfront market for advance TV-advertising sales may be about to break wide open, according to this report, which quotes unnamed sources on both sides of the negotiating table. Most cable and broadcast networks, media buyers and sellers contend, will be selling their upfront avails for single-digit percentage decreases when compared with last year's market.
