Raccoon vaccination program appears to work in Central Park

New York City started a two-month program in February to trap, tag and vaccinate Central Park raccoons. "We haven't heard of any new official or anecdotal reports of incidents with dogs or people in the park, and we definitely would have heard," said the head of the New York Council of Dog Owner Groups.
