The best business leaders are benevolent dictators who ignore trendy collaborative-management theories and take a "just call me God" approach to management, writes George Cloutier. Urge your employees not to think but rather to obey, Cloutier suggests, and be sure to sack dissenters and anyone else who's dragging your company down. "Burn your lovey-dovey management degree," he advises. "Be in control and be controlling. It's better to drive your employees nuts than to lose money."
