B2B marketplace startups' "massive opportunity" is a small focus

Business-to-business marketplace startups should focus on helping small businesses with paper-dependent supply chains and operations, Boris Wertz writes. Small companies can benefit greatly from services such as personalized recommendations, but they can't afford most existing large platforms. Startups can create "more value for their users either by lowering the costs of transactions or identifying unique suppliers/products," Wertz writes.
