China housing prices advance again, but at slower pace

China's housing prices continued to rise at a strong pace in June, with a 0.77% increase from May across 100 cities surveyed. But the gain was down 0.04 percentage point from May's increase, and analysts predict a further cooling as Beijing's efforts to rein in credit begin to tell.
