Don't dismiss the value of being likeable

Being likeable can be beneficial to your career and your development as a leader, despite some research that suggests the opposite is true for women, writes Carrie Kerpen. Likeable people will have an easier time finding influential sponsors and inspiring others to do their best, she writes.
