Israel's fancy food makers aim for mainstream U.S. markets

Eleven Israeli food companies brought their lines of snack crackers, olive oils, tapenades and tahini to New York City Sunday for the three-day Summer Fancy Food Show. The goal -- find distributors to move the products out of the kosher niche and onto the mainstream supermarket shelves in the U.S.
