Pentagon blocks employee access to Snowden stories

Employees at the Defense Department are finding computer access to stories about the National Security Agency's civilian surveillance program blocked on work computers, following the Pentagon's blackout on such stories. News stories about documents leaked by former contractor Edward Snowden are being blocked on "millions" of DOD computers, said Pentagon spokesman Lt. Col. Damien Pickart. "Any website that runs information that the Department of Defense still considers classified" is affected, Pickart said.
