Sequestration could affect NextGen funding, Huerta says

Sequestration cuts may affect funding for the Federal Aviation Administration's NextGen program. "Because of the financial uncertainty, we can hope for the best, but we have to plan for the worst," FAA Administrator Michael Huerta. "This is not a sustainable course of action, and it's no way to run a government."
