Study links caffeine to lower blood pressure

People who drink four or more cups of coffee or tea a day have lower blood pressure than those who drank less or none at all, found a study from the Preventive and Clinical Investigations Center in Paris. The greatest benefit was seen in those who drink substantial amounts of tea.
