Survey looks at physician working hours in the U.S.

A Jackson Healthcare poll revealed 25% of responding physicians reported working between five and eight hours daily, while 50% worked nine to 11 hours and 19% worked 12 to 16 hours. Researchers also found 80% of respondents reported working on call.
