Thousands of construction jobs postponed again in Pa.

Royal Dutch Shell has deferred by another six months the purchase of the property for its proposed $2.5 billion ethane cracker plant in Pennsylvania. If built, the facility would take natural gas liquids from the Marcellus shale and convert them into ethylene and other chemicals. The project could generate 10,000 construction jobs.
