Fla. students learn about war history to mark July 4th

Elementary-school students in Bradenton, Fla., recently learned how wars at home and abroad shaped U.S. history as part of their observance of upcoming July 4th holiday. The students heard from representatives from U.S. wars who offered a glimpse into the past with storytelling along with period clothing, toys and other items as part of a summer enrichment program.
