Merz will purchase Ulthera for up to $600M

German drug company Merz will buy the Arizona-based device firm Ulthera in a deal that could be worth $600 million. Merz makes the wrinkle-relaxing injectable Xeomin and dermal fillers Belotero and Radiesse. Ulthera makes the noninvasive skin-tightening Ulthera System.
