Round columns, precast arches gives jail in Va. colonial look

The new Rappahannock Shenandoah Warren Regional Jail in Virginia, is officially open. The structure features round columns and precast arches which make it look like an "old colonial building," said Project Superintendent Mike Stanger. Designed by Moseley Architects, the building fits with its surroundings, and "when you drive by, it doesn't look like a jail," said Stanger.
