Banzhaf warns Seattle school board of anti-obesity suit

George Washington University law professor John Banzhaf told the Seattle School Board that it could be a target for an anti-obesity lawsuit target because it allows schools to sell soda to students. Seattle Public Schools exclusive five-year contract with Coca-Cola makes it a prime target, said Banzhaf.
