Candy companies target Hispanic market

Candy companies are waking up to the fact that the U.S. Hispanic population is rapidly growing and, to this end, are creating new sweets aimed to appeal to the demographic. Hershey Foods has taken the lead and soon will launch candy packaged using both English and Spanish and will feature such delicacies as dulce de leche.
