Company gets green light on cellulosic ethanol plant

Range Fuels won a key construction permit from the state of Georgia to build the first U.S. commercial-scale cellulosic ethanol plant. The company expects to break ground this summer and is seeking a grant of up to $76 million from the federal government for help with construction.
