Tennessee leads way for health reform at small companies

Soaring costs of health care for small businesses is affecting families, says Jim Brown, NFIB/Tennessee. Some 70% of the state organization's members could afford to offer health insurance 15 years ago but only 45% do today. That is why NFIB is supporting a new law that would let small businesses join cooperatives to negotiate for better health insurance rates.
