Want a chilled drink? Don't rule out red wine

Some red wines can be served chilled during the summer months, contrary to popular belief that reds should be kept warmer than most whites. This critic says lambrusco, a sparkling red from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, can be served ice cold. Other options include zinfandels and light-bodied pinot noirs.
