Danner: Cap and trade will make utility bills increase

NFIB president and CEO Dan Danner writes that businesses can expect much bigger utility bills if Congress includes cap-and-trade rules in the energy legislation now under debate. Most of the credits initially will go to the government and those hand-picked big businesses that help the bill get passed, with small businesses and consumers getting charged higher prices, Danner says.
