How lifestyle coaches help

Lifestyle coaches are helping stressed-out, exhausted, unhealthy and unhappy people put their lives in order by providing an outside perspective on their work-life balance. Membership in the International Coach Federation has grown from 2,100 in 1999 to 17,700, said spokeswoman Amy Richardson. "Coaches are not going to give you the answers, but help you define what you want out of life and how to get from point A to point B," she said.
