Airline Wi-Fi expected to generate almost $100M in revenue

In-flight Wi-Fi could generate nearly $100 million in revenue this year, according to a June 30 report, with more than 2,000 aircraft equipped for broadband access by year's end. Increased competition should bring fees down by nearly a quarter over the next four years, leading to increased usage.
