Arby's embraces Twitter with new sandwich promotion

Arby's has created its first social media campaign to promote a limited-time sandwich set to debut this weekend. The company's multichannel approach includes ramping up activity on an existing Facebook page and using Twitter for the first time. The chain's inaugural tweets come well after many of its competitors, and the move leaves Burger King as the only major quickservice chain without a Twitter ID, reports.
