Educator talks to Duncan about the benefits of teacher-run schools:

A educator at a 15-teacher cooperative charter school in Minnesota recently told Education Secretary Arne Duncan about the benefits of having a school run entirely by teachers. Her school, which enrolls about 200 students, has no principal and is modeled after the professional partnership system adopted by doctors and lawyers. There are about 80 such teacher-run schools nationwide.
