Ice cream entrepreneur challenges boring menu trends

Patrons line up at San Francisco's Humphry Slocombe ice cream shop daily, clamoring for their favorite among the frozen offerings that carry names such as Chocolate Smoked Sea Salt and Government Cheese. Owner Jake Godby, trained in some of the city's finest restaurant kitchens, has created a menu that's anything but boring and incorporates his three favorite flavors -- salt, booze and meat.
