White House to dole out $795M in broadband funding

The U.S. National Telecommunications and Information Administration and the U.S. Rural Utilities Service are set to announce $795 million in broadband funding for 66 projects. The White House said the primary goal of the grants and loans is to create or save 5,000 jobs.
