Chefs add more than cucumbers to the pickle jar

Pickled and preserved fruits and vegetables are gaining favor with chefs looking to add brightness and crunch to summertime dishes. Chef Amy Murray of Revival Bar+Kitchen adds cubed and pickled rhubarb to a duck confit sandwich and specialty sweet pickles to burgers and cured meats.
