Chefs experiment with blueberries at CIA boot camp

More than a dozen chefs from large operations around the country convened at CIA's Greystone campus to learn about cooking with blueberries from seasoned chef and instructor Lars Kronmark during the school's annual Blueberry Bootcamp program. Kronmark introduced chefs to the blueberry's versatility with savory dishes such as flank steak marinated in lime, garlic, and blueberry powder with blueberry-chimichurri sauce.
