College students want more flavor, less meat

In surveys of students on four West Coast and Midwestern college campuses, CCD Innovation found increased interest in flavorful, nutritious food, including more meat-free options. "I have been introduced to a lot more vegetables and meatless dishes because my roommate is vegetarian and wants me to try her foods," one student said.
