Comcast sets summer "watch-a-thon" for family content

Comcast, after the successful launch of its first video-on-demand "watch-a-thon" in March, this summer is holding a similar event centered on children's and family programming. Comcast's "Summer of Kids" will also have a major online presence, with free access for all at tens of thousands of Wi-Fi hot spots from July 15 to 31. Comcast customers also can download 1,000 family-oriented titles, including "Finding Nemo," "The Muppets" and "Freaky Friday."
