Delayed payments schemes are "downright disgusting," Nancy Hill says

Moves by major advertisers to extend payment windows to as many as 120 days should be resisted, writes 4A's CEO Nancy Hill. "This industry is made up of many small businesses that rely on a payment system that is fair, balanced and timely. ... The actions of these advertisers are not brave but greedy, and the naked self-interest involved is not only far reaching but downright disgusting," Hill writes.
